Made With Love for Your Kids, by Our Kids

It started as a way for our kids- Eden, Ember, and Eli to earn some extra spending money. But along the way we all discovered how passionately they wanted the toys they make to be really fun for other kids. Our family business planning meetings turned into lively brainstorm sessions where they share ideas about how to make each toy or set cooler, or how to add fun features or make it more realistic. The kids choose how much time to spend creating, and they design the products themselves. Although we help with steps of the process that require more safety-consciousness, they do most of the sketching, cutting, sanding, and painting to bring you the best quality items they can dream up from our little woodshop in the mountains of Montana. Have a look at what they’ve been working on!

  • Eli

When he’s not wrestling, playing outdoor games with friends, reading or helping around the house, Eli likes designing toys. He has a lot of ideas about function, and his mechanical thinking helps him figure out how pieces will fit and work together.

  • Ember

When it comes time to invent a story for a set of wooden animals, this is your girl. Ember shines at naming things, and is meticulous in her craftsmanship. She makes work entertaining with her colorful stories and imagination.

  • Eden

With her spunky and spontaneous flair, Eden infuses the business with new concepts and fun randomness. She often also enjoys working in the woodshop alone, where she can listen to her music and catch a break from the chaos of a small house with four younger siblings.
